Anthony Micchelli, MAT, MLIS


Anthony Micchelli came to the University of the Incarnate Word in September 2012 and serves as the School of Physical Therapy’s librarian. Anthony has earned a Bachelor in Science in Philosophy and Literature from Frostburg State University and a Master in the Art of Teaching, Secondary Language Arts Education (MAT). He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009 with a Master in Library and Information Science (MLIS).

Anthony enjoys serving and learning with library patrons, being an active member in the Texas Library Association, and his professional interests focus upon the philosophy of information, instructional design, and the use of emerging technologies in library services.
