Amy Crocker, originally from Pocahontas, Tennessee, earned her BSc in Education from Blue Mountain College in Blue Mountain, MS in 2001 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University in Omaha, NE in 2004. She spent the next seven and a half years working in Greenwood, MS serving as PT supervisor at a hospital based outpatient clinic. In 2011, Amy became a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. From 2005-2011 she taught Anatomy and Physiology at Mississippi Delta Community College. Amy is licensed to practice in the states of Mississippi and Texas.
