I was born in Mexico City and entered to the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word 49 years ago. I have lived and worked in many locations (within Mexico: Monterrey, Torreon, San Luis Potosi, and Mexico Ciry; also in other countries such as Peru, Honduras and U.S.A.). I have chosen as my main ministry Education, working in all levels and different types of programs and institutions.

In my professional career I have been engaged in various capacities for teaching, research and consultation for more than 45 years. During the last 30 years I have worked in higher education in various positions mainly related to graduate programs. I have focused my teaching mainly in four areas: evaluation, planning, curriculum, and organizational development.

I have been associated to UIW for more than 15 years; in the early 90’s I was appointed to the Board of Trustees, where I collaborated in several capacities during 11 years. Later I launched the UIW Campus in Mexico City; after that project I came back to San Antonio and was assigned to teach in the Extended Academic Programs (both Online and on-site).
