RENTAL INFORMATION AND RATES
An ideal setting for intimate private parties, weddings, and corporate gatherings, the mansion can accommodate up to 75 guests indoors and 150 outdoors. The rental fee is $500 for Sunday- Thursday rentals and $1,000 for Friday and Saturday rentals. All rentals include tables and chairs, event set-up and break-down, an on-site event coordinator, free parking, and signage/portrait easels.
