We offer proctoring services for UIW students needing to make up or take a test in advance. Guidelines for testing, including deadlines and materials that may be used during the test, are determined by the professor. Please call 210-829-3876 to make an appointment.
For Summer 2013, appointments may be made during the following times:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Friday, 8:00 am- 3:00pm
Your appointment should be set at a time that will give you the full amount of time your professor allows for the test. For example, if your professor is giving you 1 hour and 15 minutes to take a test, and you need to take your test on Monday, then your starting time may be any time from 8:00 am to 3:45 pm.
Be sure to let your professor know when you’ve set an appointment. On the date of your test, bring a current photo ID and any materials your professor has authorized you to use for the test.
If you qualify for testing accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please contact the Coordinator of Testing, Matthew Gonzalez, at mgonza17@uiwtx.edu, to make arrangements for your test. Prior registration with the UIW Student Disability Services office is required.
